Chef's Choice Menu 585 sek per person

The menu is served to the whole table, no substitutions but we can mix between omni and vegan menues.

If you are allergic to/ can't stand gluten or have celiaki we are very sorry but we use a lot of ingredients that have gluten in them so Ling Long might not be the place for you. The same goes for those who have allergies with chili, garlic and onions.


OMNI 585:-
-Avocado, greens, jalapeno, spring onion, potato swirl.
-Cold whet noodles, fermented tofu thahini, spring onion, puffed rice.
-Crab Nam Tok softshell crab, freak beans, grapefruit, mint.
-Dry bean curry with green beans, gremolata, almonds.
-Mock eel of shiitaki mushrooms.
-Red braised pork
-Miso Corn with brown butter.
-Miso ice cream.

VEGAN 585:-

-Cauliflower tempura, dried tomato, ginger dressing.
-Dry bean curry with green beans, gremolata, almonds.

-Miso Corn with brown butter.
-Ginger sorbet
